Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL SADDLES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA!  All items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of the order date (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays). Any back ordered items that do not ship with the original order will be shipped at no additional charge.  We ship the smaller items from here at the store via USPS Priority whenever possible so that you will have your order within 3 working days.  You will be notified if an item is not in stock or backordered. Within the continental U.S.A. all saddles will be shipped via Fed Ex.   Please contact Saddle Up concerning all rush and/or unusual shipping instructions 636-828-4273

SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Free shipping does apply when shipping to locations outside the lower 48 states in the USA.  International Buyers - Buyer is responsible for any taxes or import duties.  All shipments out of country must be shipped to the "BILL TO" address given on the order.

General Strap goods / supplies Exchange or Refund:  Our goal is complete satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return the unused product within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund according to your wishes.   

  • Timeline: The item must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of receipt.
  • RMA#: Contact us at to get your RMA# before shipping. Call 636-828-4273 or email summer@saddleupshop.com.
  • Return Fee / Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee on all items other than saddles and special order strap goods. (see saddle return policy)  returned for exchange or refund and received within allowable return time frame.  Special order strap good items cannot be returned.
  • Condition: Unused items must show no signs of use.  There must be no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair and the item must have all with original packaging and tags attatched as shipped.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are not refunable.  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. 
    International Customers: Ship returns with USPS. If you choose to use another carrier, Brokerage Fees are your responsibility; Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will be refused.
  • Cancellations: There is no cancellation fee for tack items if canceled within 24 hours of ordering.  Special order items and back order items may be canceled any time up to the point of shipping without any fees or charges. 

Saddle Return Policy: 

We do our very best to ensure that you get the right saddle the first time.  So please take advantage of our fitting services BEFORE you order to ensure proper fit for both you and your horse!  It has been our experience that if you go through our fitting service, the chances of needing to return a saddle purchase are reduced considerably and the cost savings to you in time and money to get it right the FIRST TIME is significant .   Most of the saddles we order for you are considered "special order" as we offer you ALL the possible options available from Tucker.  No two are ever quite alike so restocking your special order Tucker is a bit more expensive for us as we must find someone who wants exactly the same choices you made when ordering.  Check out our competitors restocking fees for "special order" saddles and you will find our policy equitable if not better than theirs.      

  • Timeline: You must contact us of your intent to return within 7 days of receipt of the saddle.
  • RMA#: Contact us to get your RMA# before shipping. Call 1-636-828-4273 
  • Return Fee: An 18% return / restocking fee will be charged on all returned saddles.
  • Condition:  Returned saddles must show no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair with original packaging and tags
  • Shipping:  If "free" shipping was part of your purchase the cost of shipping the product to you will be added to the restocking fee. 
  • Return shipping:  Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility .  Give us a call however, and we can send you a return shipping label at our cost which will be significantly less than cost of purchasing the label directly.

  • Cancellations: There is no cancellation fee for a special order or back-ordered saddle that is canceled within 7 days of the order date.  Cancellations after the 7 day grace period will be considered a return and return fees will apply.

WE STRESS THAT ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF USE. 

PLEASE DO NOT use stirrup leathers or tightly fitted girths that may cause damage to your saddle as we can only give refund or credit for saddles that show no signs of use. 

For health reasons we are unable to accept used saddle pads. Please try your blanket over a clean sheet. If it does not fit, we will be happy to provide an exchange, credit, or refund upon the return of the clean blanket.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Please call or email to receive your RA number before sending the merchandise back to us. Include your name, address and all pertinent billing information with the merchandise.

OTHER THAN THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ABOVE, EACH SADDLE-UP TRAIL RIDERS PRODUCT IS SOLD AS IS. THE ABOVE RETURN POLICIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. SADDLE-UP TRAIL RIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
